My oh my this will not do!!! Almost a year has passed since my first post, and so much has changed!!! Hopefully I will do better with my postings, as I have a lot of spare time on my hands :p
First of all, here I am, still living with my roommate, but now I have 2 kitties of my very own <3 there's Hershey, he's 1, and there's Rocky, who's about 7 months old.. The loves of my life!!! Other then that, nothing's changed.. I work at Icing occasionally, and am looking for a second job. So far, no luck. (sad panda)
On the bright side, In May I'll be going and visiting my birth mother, her husband and my half brother and sister in Saskatoon for the first time in 11 years!!!! I'm soooo excited!!!! :)
Other then that, not much else has happened or changed, but if I have my way, that'll change soon ^-^

In The Beggining.. Once Apon A Time
Once Apon A Time,
I suppose, like most blogs start, I should give a little description of myself...
My name is Janelle, though I have many nick names, such as Jan, Nelle, Stella, Nelly, Jay and Bee. The reason I have so many is all thanks to my friends, who are unable to keep their minds straight and enjoy recreating each other.
I am born and raised in Canada, and am a total Island girl. I plan to leave my hometown to travel in my life, but I hope to return back here in the future if I should move away. I am interested in reading, writing, singing, drawing, gaming, and many other things. I am an avid hockey fan, as most Canadians should be, although I am probably one of the klutziest people to ever walk this earth, which stops me from playing sports myself. However, I used to play softball and am currently missing it like mad.
I also have a MAJOR love of theater, and to show my love, I spent 3 out of 4 years of highschool in Stagecraft, where I would help create sets, and do the technical and backstage work for the schools productions. If i could get a job working at a theater, I would be overjoyed, but I think it's mostly volunteer work. I have a love of photography, and I am either seen walking around with my small digital camera, or with my professional grade Nikon D80. I once thought of doing it as a profession, but instead am settling with keeping it as a hobbie.
Music is a passion. Be it death metal, hard rock, rap, r&b, hip hop, pop, country (depending) classical, instrumental or even ethnic, such as african, indian, japanese or chinese instrumental or with lyrics in that tounge, I will listen to it, and I will love it. You never have to fight with me in a car about what to listen to xD
I am 5'3, and have decided to stop growing. Along with my strawberry blond hair which is currently dyed auburn, and my green eyes, I'm nothing special, but I'm happy with my looks and that's all that matters.
I love animals, and have 2 Australian Shepard dogs, names Roo and Taree, and an Orange Winged Amazon Parrot. (him in the springtime is joy to listen to.... thats sarcasm by the way -__-) I hope to one day have another dog, as well as a couple cats and a bunny. Maybe a turtle xD
